The GEC Wall Lamp 
this lamp has been made from a 1930s machinist's lamp base and a vintage Philips heat lamp
this lamp started as a control panel from a Colchester lathe and a machinist's lamp
 Most of my lamps start off as mundane household/workplace objects some are car battery chargers others are electronic cases, most of the metal and wood we use is recycled from other things, the metal is usually ends of bars, wood comes from broken tables etc. All my lamps are fully earthed and tested and come with full instructions for cleaning and bulb changing
All electrical components are new and certified  (EN60598).  tested and certified in line with electrical safety standards BS EN 60598.
